Why do we charge per manager and not per employee?
Because the manager is the customer. They're the one reading the guides, running the reflections and asking the questions. Team members give two minutes and get a personal portrait back. They don't need accounts and they don't need to be counted.
It also means the price never punishes you for having a bigger team, or for managing more than one. A manager with three teams of eight pays the same as a manager with one team of four.

Common questions
Do I need my organisation's approval?
No. AskECHO is a tool for you and your team. Most managers start on their own and their organisation finds out later, usually because a colleague asks what they're using.
Can my team members see each other's portraits?
No. Each person sees only their own portrait. You see the team picture. Team Reflection answers are anonymous and are never shown individually, even to you.
Is this a personality test?
No. AskECHO has no types, no scores and no labels. It describes how someone's energy naturally moves at work, in their own words back to them. It is not a psychometric and must not be used for recruitment or performance reviews.
What happens after the free 30 days?
We'll get in touch about continuing. If you'd rather not, your account pauses and your data is kept safe. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Just tell us. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
What if other managers here want it too?
Send them the link. Each manager starts their own free 30 days. When there are a few of you, get in touch and we'll connect you under one organisation with shared branding and one invoice.
